I am a certified personal, business, and executive coach and business mentor. My life and workplace coaching is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, so you can be sure of my credibility and the rigorous training I have undertaken to become a professional coach. I have over 3 decades of experience in the field of coaching and mentoring. In that time, I have been awarded the highest level in my training qualification and have years of experience working with companies and business owners.

My Vision & mission with Impact Coaching is to live into the definition of "impact": which is to "Have a strong effect on someone or something, a marked effect or influence". I am passionate about supporting high performers & achievers in living into their fullest expression & potential.
I have seen firsthand how unclear people can be during times of change & transition. In order for them to make authentic, aligned, and unique choices and decisions however clarity is vital in making the transition less stressful and less frictional. Being clear can ultimately speed up the journey.
Unlike lack of clarity which leads to overthinking, overwhelm, and a fixed/negative mindset, which results in chaos and conflict, and ultimately little or no progress in the direction they want to go.
The ROI for the individual and organisations is defined not just in terms of increased income but by more self-aware, self-responsible & cohesive individuals & teams.
My belief is that we can have it all: the relationships, work, and life we desire, but it all depends on our focus. You gain so much insight and support from someone who walks this journey with you. Rather than a life that happens by default, it is one that is designed. To facilitate such change, and bring clarity & ultimate confidence. I share my unique insights of advanced communication built on age-old principles, allowing individuals and groups to identify, recognize, and choose how they want to be in their lives, their relationships, and their work.
