When I started my coaching sessions with Karyn, I knew I wanted more from my professional life, but I only had a vague idea of what to do in order to improve it.

I've been working with Karyn less than a year now and I can honestly say that I've experienced personal changes that I never believed would come about. There has been so much weight lifted & shifted, and it happened without feeling like I was drudging through heavy crap that I might get stuck in. Instead, it was unpacked, looked at, understood and then it just seemed to disperse of its own accord!
